SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

1. Shipping Philosophy & Timelines

Each creation at Shree Amore is handcrafted with careful devotion in our Jaipur atelier. Unlike mass-manufactured items, our pieces are either made to order or hand-finished upon commission.

  • Domestic Delivery (India): Orders are dispatched within 7–12 business days via insured express couriers (Bluedart / Delhivery). Transit time is typically 2–4 business days depending on destination pin code.
  • International Delivery: Dispatched via DHL Express or FedEx. Transit typically takes 4–7 business days following studio dispatch. All parcels are fully insured and tracked.
  • Custom Commissions: Production timelines for bespoke trousseaus and monograms are established during initial design confirmation (typically 2–4 weeks).

2. Archival Packaging

To protect delicate silk floss, metallic dabka, and intricate beadwork during transit, each piece is wrapped in acid-free tissue paper, encased in a signature breathable cotton storage bag, and placed within a reinforced luxury presentation box.

3. Returns & Exchange Policy

Because each piece is made to order or personalized to individual specifications:

  • Bespoke / Custom Embroidered Orders: Items created to custom measurements, with personalized monograms, or custom colorways are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has commenced.
  • Catalogue Pieces: Eligible for exchange or studio credit within 7 calendar days of delivery, provided the item is in pristine, unworn, original condition with all tags and archival packaging intact.
  • Transit Damage or Defects: In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or exhibits an unintended crafting defect, please contact our concierge within 48 hours of receipt at [EMAIL] or via WhatsApp with photographs. We will promptly arrange repair, replacement, or resolution.

4. Customs & Import Taxes

For international shipments, customs duties and import taxes are governed by the destination country's regulations and are the responsibility of the recipient. Our logistics partners assist in customs clearance for a seamless delivery experience.
